My Story
My name is Nick Errichetti. I am a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Connecticut. I am a graduate of Fordham University receiving my Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. I received my MBA from Sacred Heart University with a concentration in Accounting. I spent the first 3-4 years of my professional career working as an auditor at one of the largest public accounting firms in the world. During this time, I developed a deep understanding of best practices across all areas of the financial statement preparation process and across a multitude of different industries.

After my time in public accounting, I moved into the corporate world gaining the knowledge and experience of understanding the appropriate information needed to assist leadership teams in making well-informed decisions in an effort to grow the businesses. Reviewing budget to actual results, managing various projects, overseeing both internal and external audits, and providing regular monthly reporting packages were some of the many responsibilities bestowed upon me as my professional career developed.
While I enjoyed the opportunity to learn and develop at these large corporations, I always had a fascination with the smaller businesses. Entrepreneurs should focus their time on providing the products and services they are passionate about, not on whether their bills are paid on time, if their employees were paid properly, and why customers are behind on their payments. For some entrepreneurs, accounting is just the overly complex and confusing business language to keep their businesses compliant with the IRS and the law.
That is why I started my company: To take the burden of these traditionally mundane tasks and relieve small business owners of any worries or burdens they may have.
Accounting Consulting Services aims to provide expert level accounting guidance, in an easy to understand way for individuals who are not accounting professionals. Our goal is to "Keep it Simple." There is no need to overcomplicate things, especially for the small business owner who wants to spend more time doing what they love and spending time with family and friends rather than staring at meaningless numbers for countless hours.
